Terms of Service

Using Moodscape

Moodscape provides meditation, breathing, relaxation audio, journaling and personalized moodscapes for general wellness. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or an emergency service. Stop an exercise if it causes discomfort. Seek appropriate professional or emergency help when needed.

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Follow the age restrictions in our Privacy Policy. Do not access another person's account, circumvent access controls, disrupt the service, infringe others' rights, or redistribute our audio or software without permission.

We send service emails about your account, such as a welcome email after you sign up. Unless you opt out, we may also send occasional emails about features and content. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or the Email updates setting in the app.

Subscriptions and Free Trials

Apple App Store or Google Play processes subscriptions and payments. The store's confirmation screen shows the applicable price, currency, billing period and any trial or introductory offer before you confirm. Eligibility for an offer is determined by the store; creating a new Moodscape account does not necessarily make you eligible again.

A trial converts to a paid, automatically renewing subscription unless you cancel before the store's stated deadline. Cancel or manage renewal in the subscription settings of the store used to purchase. Uninstalling Moodscape or deleting a Moodscape account does not cancel the store subscription. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues until the current period ends, subject to the store's rules, refunds and revocations. Refund requests and billing disputes follow the relevant store's process and applicable law.

Content and AI Features

You retain your rights in content you submit and allow us to process it as needed to provide the requested feature under our Privacy Policy. Do not include sensitive medical, financial, emergency or identifying information in moodscape prompts. AI-assisted personalization may be inaccurate and is not professional advice. Journal text is not submitted to the moodscape generation feature.

Moodscape and its licensors retain their rights in the app and supplied content. Your subscription grants personal use of available features and content while your entitlement remains active, subject to applicable download restrictions.

Availability and Account Closure

Features and catalogs may change, and occasional interruptions may occur. We may restrict misuse or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal requirements or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the app or support. Subscription cancellation must also be handled through the store as described above.

Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to these terms will be communicated as required by applicable law. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and privacy requests: Privacy Policy.
